Returns and Refund Policy

1. Any consumer (i.e. a person purchasing a product for non-commercial purposes) and European resident has the right to withdraw from his order within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, without having to give any reason. This period of fourteen (14) calendar days starts on the day after delivery.

2. During this period of fourteen (14) calendar days, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether the product meets the specifications as stated in the offer.

3. Returns of an ordered product will only be accepted if the item is not dirty, damaged or spoiled and is still in its original packaging.

4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Art Room before the expiry of the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) calendar days. The consumer must notify Art Room via a message on the contact page of the website or by e-mail to support@artroomshop.com .

5. The consumer must return the ordered item in the same way as it was delivered to the consumer (e.g. insured shipping by a courier).

6. All costs related to returning the ordered item are at the expense of the consumer.

7. The consumer must be able to demonstrate that the product has been returned to Art Room or the supplier (e.g. by means of a proof of shipment) before the expiry of fourteen (14) days, starting from the day after the day on which the consumer informed Art Room about the use of the right of withdrawal. If the consumer has not returned the delivered product after the expiry of the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) calendar days, the sale becomes final.
