Is the frame included in the price?
If the work is sold framed, the framing and the frame itself are included in the price of the work, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Do I need to provide a hanging system myself?
The hanging system is included in the frame of your art print and will be shipped with your order. The type of hanging depends on the frame.
How different is the art print from the original? Can you tell it’s a copy?
The quality of our art photography and printing ensures that you can see all the details of the original and that the colours are as close to the original work as possible. Of course, there is a difference due to the use of other materials, but you can consider our limited edition art prints as new work that is created in collaboration with the artist.
We choose to have our editions printed on paper and not on canvas, because printing on canvas with the currently available techniques does not yet provide the same image quality as museum-quality paper.
I am not sure if the work fits in my interior. Can you help me?
Please feel free to contact us if you have any doubts about whether a work fits into your space or context, or if you have any questions about the finish.
Send us a picture of the place where you want to hang the work and we will try to advise you as best as possible. For a small additional fee we can also make a custom mockup.
The images of the frames on our webshop are mockups and may differ slightly from reality. We do guarantee that all frames are professional, aesthetic and of good quality and that they have been approved by the artist himself.
How do I ensure that my art edition remains in the best possible condition?
Touch your art print as little as possible. Hold the print by the sides. An art print protected with glass will remain in perfect condition for longer. Sometimes, however, the artist chooses to frame without glass because this suits the work better. Carefully remove the dust from the frame and the glazing with a dry cloth. You can remove dust from an unprotected print by blowing (with or without a tool). Normally, your art print is protected against fading by daylight/sunlight thanks to the good properties of the paper and the print quality.
If I buy an art edition, can I reproduce or copy it myself?
You only purchase the edition itself and therefore do not have the right to further duplicate, copy, scan or photograph the work for any application or purpose.
