Shipments within Belgium:

Orders placed before Monday will be delivered on Friday. If you place your order on Tuesday, your package will be delivered the following week on Friday.

Shipments to the Netherlands:
Orders placed before Monday will be delivered on Friday or one business day later. If you place your order on Tuesday, your package will be delivered the following week on Friday or one business day later.

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts the day after delivery.

During these 14 days, you must handle the product and its packaging with care and only unpack it to check that it complies with the description.

To cancel your order, you must contact Art Room within this period via our website or by email to support@artroomshop.com .

You must return the item in the same way as you received it, and all return shipping costs will be at your expense.

You must be able to prove that you have returned the item within 14 days. If you do not return it on time, the purchase remains final.
